- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (creative, production, digital, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, project timelines, and budget estimates to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
- Monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client servicing or account management roles within an advertising/marketing agency is highly preferred.
