    Job Title:
    Azure Devops SpecialistExperience:3-7 YearsNoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 daysLocation: BangaloreJD:Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to assess the current software development processes in Azure DevOps andidentify areas for improvement through migration to GitHub Actions.
    • Design and implement a migrationstrategy, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
    • Analyze existing pipelines,workflows, and artifacts in Azure DevOps to determine the best approach formigration to GitHub Actions.
    • Configure and customize GitHubActions workflows to align with the organization's requirements and bestpractices.
    • Provide guidance and training todevelopment teams on GitHub Actions usage, including workflow creation, versioncontrol integration, and artifact management.
    • Troubleshoot and resolvemigration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing developmentactivities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders todefine and implement governance policies, security controls, and compliancerequirements within GitHub Actions.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latestfeatures and updates in GitHub Actions and provide recommendations for processimprovements.
    • Document migration processes,procedures, and lessons learned for future reference

    Requirements:

    • ADO - good knowledge
    • vcs- git, svn, tfs
    • Github actions
    • Migration experience
    • scripting(Python/Bashshell/Powershell -prefer- Python) knowledge/experience troubleshooting ondevops tools
    • Sonarqube/cloud, coverity,blackduck, synopsis and fortify(DevSecops tools )
    • Azure/AWS/GCP - knowledge/experience
    • Strong understanding of both ADO andGitHub functionalities.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines andDevOps practices.
    • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell,Bash or Python) to automate migration tasks.
    • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with development teams.
    • Knowledge on any Cloud ServicesAzure/AWS/GCP
