We are hiring Area Sales Officer for a FMCG distributor

Job location - Pondicherry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
Manage and build strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution.
Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
Achieve sales objectives by effectively managing product distribution and visibility in retail outlets.
Provide training and support to distributors and their teams for effective product promotion.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Resolve issues and concerns raised by distributors promptly.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on distributor handling.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the Pondicherry market and its dynamics.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
