- 7+ years of commercial experience as a Salesforce engineer/developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Have a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and security model and know how to use it
- Have experience building solutions for business problems with the standard Salesforce ecosystem as well as developing custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
- Have experience designing data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for custom apps within Salesforce
- Have experience integrating with external RESTful APIs as well as providing RESTful APIs for bespoke Salesforce functionality
- Have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution architecture and a keen eye for simplicity
- Have attention to detail when developing solutions
- Have the ability to break down and communicate complex problems in simple terms
- Have a deep understanding of the delivery lifecycle from development to release into production and have knowledge of the available environments and how to use them best
- Upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written)
- Experience designing, developing, and running production-grade systems at medium scale for multi-tenanted systems
- Understanding of other Salesforce offerings like Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud
- Experience in implementing and developing salesforce deployments within Financial Services and related domains
- Have a very good understanding and experience in continuous integration and deployment

- Evaluate product requirements for operational feasibility and create detailed specifications & tech designs based on user stories.
- Contribute to design/code reviews for quality assurance.
- Hands-on participation in development and bug fixing as well as write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and follows standard coding conventions.
- Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.
- Use your salesforce knowledge and experience to build the right solutions on Salesforce
- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled timings
