The Boeing Company is currently seeking a high performing versatile Lead Product Specialist to join the IT&DA Engineering and Product Support division.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversees creation of business and functional requirements and product roadmaps. Develops product roadmaps in alignment to business strategy fulfilment

Lead product development teams and perform program/product management responsibilities

Works with other IT teams and professionals to ensure business requirements are met

Supports product demonstrations, value propositions and represents/promotes IT products internally and externally.

Ability to plan product and program increments for achieving the best business value add

Proficient in translating ambiguous business requirements into detailed features & user stories

Proficient in business stakeholder management & facilitation skills

Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user's requirements.

Ensures that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.

Ability to influence architectural decisions to adopt modern technologies and evangelize about the same

Ability to prove through proof of concepts and technical research and presentation the best fit amongst emergent technologies to upend business outcomes

Understands broad based system integrations and interoperability

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Should have relevant experience leading & managing large enterprise application product development in an agile environment

Should have experience in building/leveraging DevOps.

Should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with equal focus and priority.

Should have the ability to translate technical data/metrics into information for decision making & corrective action, provides project status and ensures proper documentation of project deliverables.

Should be able to perform work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.

Expertise in Data structures, algorithms and Design Patterns.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on visualizing and understanding data.

SAFe for PO/PM or leading SAFe certified

Significant prior experience in hands-on software development preferable on Microsoft technologies (web/cloud)

Strong Communication & presentation skills to work in a globally distributed team.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 12 Plus years' related work experience or Master's Degree with 12+ years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience
