    If so, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Kernel Developer and play a pivotal role in building innovative solutions

    Become a Kernel Champion:

    • Harness your 8-10 years of kernel development experience (Windows) to tackle complex challenges at the core of the operating system.
    • Leverage your expertise in C, or C++ to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance kernel code.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Windows operating system architecture including memory management, synchronization primitives, and file systems.

    Architect for Application Virtualization:

    • Develop innovative solutions for application virtualization using your in-depth knowledge of kernel functionalities.
    • Embrace a test-driven development (TDD) approach to ensure the quality and reliability of your code, aiming for 100% code coverage.
    • Champion the implementation of a robust CI/CD pipeline for seamless and automated deployment of your kernel-level changes.

    Collaborate and Refine:

    Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to improved code quality, reduced bugs, and enhanced knowledge sharing within the team.

    Embrace the Agile Scrum development process, actively engaging in stand-up meetings, planning sessions, grooming sessions, review meetings, and retrospectives.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • 8-10 years of experience as a kernel developer with a proven track record of success in building robust kernel modules.
    • Mastery in Rust, C, or C++ with the ability to write high-performance kernel code.
    • In-depth understanding of Windows operating system architecture, including memory management, synchronization mechanisms, and file systems.
    • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) practices and a strong commitment to code quality.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in an Agile development environment.
