    Description
    Technology Infrastructure organisation, covering both operations and change activity as well as the management of large scale outsourcing contracts. The role would be part of Business Management Team supporting Technology Infrastructure. EMEA Ordering is the central ordering desk within Technology Infrastructure for the IT Infrastructure of Deutsche Bank AG.

    All IT related ordering requests are processed, ordered and documented in various databases and procurement tools in the DB system .This includes but is not limited to hardware and software (Data Center Infrastructure), maintenance contracts, external resources ordering as well as other software (e.g.

    user) ordering group-wide and resource management process for internals. This is done with consideration of Global Policies and local agreements between the various involved parties. All request and orders are agile in nature.

    and aboveYour key responsibilitiesAll aspects of onboarding / off boarding including Workday, Purchase Requests / Purchase Order creation, account set ups and onboarding individuals;Checking of completeness and compliance of incoming order request with all requirements of the different departments and stakeholders per order typeEnsuring the ordering of hardware and software, maintenance, external resources in time in accordance with all requirements.

    Establish and ensure adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controlsAssist with the co-ordination of all resource renewals as necessary, including Purchase Request / Purchase Order creation;Initiation of vendor creation by collating the required material and communicating with the vendor and the vendor onboarding teamAssist with the head count analysis for the organisation on a monthly basis, using centrally produced HR data for confirmation on headcountUpdate and reconcile data within the headcount tracker on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of information held;Gain an understanding of the end to end process for Vendor Management, ensuring that the organisation is aligned in all respects of the policies and procedures for external hires;Undertake Purchase Order reconciliations, arranging for closures of any as required, and the chasing of invoice submissions / approvals where required;Liaise with all staff in the organisation when required to ensure completion of all mandatory training requirements;Assist with maintaining the eBCM requirements for the organisation by ensuring the SendNow application data is in line with the headcount tracker on an ongoing basis;Assist with ensuring that all staff are appropriately added to dbClarity for the booking of time sheets, and the reconciliation of time sheets on a weekly / monthly basis to ensure the organisation recovers all costs through appropriate client allocations;Actively participating in periodic calls with internal stakeholders to share ideas / provide feedback for the overall process improvementsEnsure that all process documentation under the function is maintained and updated when necessary;Regularly reassess processes to identify improvements / efficiency gains that can be made without impacting them;Establish and maintain relationships with both external and internal clients including senior management and team leads within the organisation.

    Masters / Bachelor's degree in IT / Finance with experience in Project Management, MIS; Reporting etc.
    An advanced working knowledge of the MS Suite, and more specifically with the use of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

    Education/Certification:
    Educated to bachelor's degree level or above (or overseas equivalent)
