- Understanding of human resource journey from hiring to ensuring their growth in the organisation
- Plan and execute candidate engagement initiatives, own end-to-end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement, recruiting and post-joining experience.
- An individual who's a people person You should love interacting and observing
- A candidate with 2-4 (maximum) years of experience in a fast-paced, growing startup
- Graduate/Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
- Experience using Talent Hiring Portals like Naukri, etc.
- Experience using HRMS
