    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our plant facilities.

    • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and monitor all facilities management services within the assigned plant area.

    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Plan, organize and control communication facilities (EPABX, Telephones, intercoms), housekeeping facilities and transport services for both plants at Sahibabad ensuring smooth operational flow.

    2. Liaise with government authorities like Pollution Board, Nagar Nigam UPSIDC etc. to ensure adherence to statutory compliances resolving any issues that may arise timely manner.

    3. Maintain high standards cleanliness general hygiene in work areas promoting safe working conditions employees visitors alike provide necessary support resolve emergencies related man machines promptly efficiently

    • A master's degree MBA or equivalent relevant field along least 12 years experience relevant operations role preferred.​​
