    As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and meeting sales targets within our defined territory/geographic location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate sales and meet NI sales targets and business plan according to Schindler procedures.
    • Manage customers by identifying their needs, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Scan the market for new sales opportunities and visit potential customers to understand their requirements.
    • Register all relevant account and contract/order details into our systems.
    • Ensure the effective management of collections for all new sales.
    • Satisfy customer requirements and resolve any claims in a timely manner.

    Your Background:

    We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in similar roles and industries. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Technical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics) is required, with an MBA in Marketing being a plus.

    We value expertise in selling, customer management, presentation skills, construction market knowledge, and IT skills.
