Open Location - Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida, GurgaonSource candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsTake ownership of candidate experienceDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment termsStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsQualifications for RecruiterAny bachelor's or master's Degree (Preferrable Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingProficient in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyWorking knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systemsAbility to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsDeep understanding of employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
