Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Reservation Executive to oversee the front desk operations manage reservations and ensure seamless guest experiences at our service apartment.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings coordinating with guests and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask effectively/li>Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office/li>/ul>
