• Data Management: Thoroughly maintain records and streamline the data management processes
• Productivity Improvement: To continuously work on improving people productivity, by promoting new line management concepts, skill building, etc.
• HR Projects: Manage and lead HRrelated projects such as policy updates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Contract Labour Management: Liasion with contractors on a regular basis and improve the manning, absenteeism etc.
• Employee Engagement: To work out a Monthly Employee Engagement plan linked to Plant Business Plan with the alignment of all stakeholders and execute the same effectively
• ESG: Develop the plant policies and environment to be ESG Compliant.

• MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Campuses
• 12 years of experience as an HR in a factory setup
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
• Ability to build relationships with varied stakeholders across different teams and functions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
