Technician is responsible for Sensors Assembly, In process Checks & Documentation, etc

Responsibilities

Sensors Assembly

• Achieving Daily / Weekly / Monthly Targets in sensor assembly, QC, etc.
• Strain Gauge Bonding
• Sensors Wiring
• Ensure no Rework / Rejections
• Maintaining documents and Records

Inspections & Testing

• Job Planning & Scheduling-Sensors Process QC
• Pre-Bonding Inspections
• Sensors Offset Management
• Testing with DU/mV
• Sensors Testing
• In-Process Inspections
• Final QC of Sensors
• Documentations & Records

Records & Documentations

• Maintaining Documents and Records of the above process
• Creating Formats for Inspections & Testing
• Daily Productivity sheets

Communications

• Systems QC team
• Electronics Assembly

Supports

• Stores

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• Diploma in Electronics
• 0 - 1 yrs experience
• Should have knowledge or experience in Strain Gauge Bonding or Sensors Wiring
• Alternatively, the candidate could also be good at soldering (Surface Mount Device/ PCB)
• Kannada speaking is a MUST
