    Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Sr. Manager (SAP eWM), Platform Deployment Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • This is an individual contributing role where you may need understand and evaluate the current warehouse operation of the OpCo

    • Explain our Global Processes and Template to the OpCo and identify Fit-Gap

    • Manage/guard the Global Template and in case of an identified local requirement capture detailed business requirements and liase with the Global functional SMEs.

    • Guide the change needed to adapt the local business processes in case there is a deviation from the Global template

    • Liaise with the OpCo and Global functional SMEs about potential Global Template Enhancements and local deviations and the creation of BRD's

    • Ensure that the master data requirements are clear to the OpCo and that they are collected, cleansed, and aligned with the relevant HEINEKEN MD standards

    • Liaise with other Global functions on the Global Process and Data Standards

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduation/ Masters

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Preferred experience/ exposure in any of the following tools
    1. SAP eWM (best preferred)
    2. SAP WMS
    3. Oracle WMS
    4. Blue Yonder
    5. Dynamics WMS
    6. Infor WMS
    7. Manhattan Associates

    • Should have closely worked with warehouses handling high volume, preferably FMCG

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

    • Challenging approach

    • Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach Senior Stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology.

    • Planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture.

    • Stress resistant

    • Proactive with a can-do-attitude

    • A strong team player, proven team leadership potential

    • Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly.

    • Desirable: Knowledge and experience with the HEINEKEN project management
    methodology (IPM/ITM), Knowledge of MS SharePoint.

    • Fluent English language required
