Manage and develop technical training programs for Product Company.
End to end Technical Training program for Internal Team, Customer in terms of design, delivery, and evaluation
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Ensure effective implementation and delivery of training and development solution
Utilize deep knowledge of most aspects of learning across many business disciplines to influence, evaluate and drive new development programs and solutions to advance and drive business unit performance
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
Manage Role Development Program for the organization
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Master's degree full time in technology/management
Should come from technology background and should be able understand technology to extent of evaluating technical trainers, talking to technical stakeholder on technical training requirements, evaluating technical training content/session plans
5-8 years of Technical Training Experience in Product Company.
Minimum 5 years of Facilitation experience
