    Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Executive, you will make outbound calls to potential customers (architects, interior designers) and persuade them to purchase products or services. Your primary goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads and close sales over the phone. You will also engage prospects and build rapport through persuasive communication skills, gathering information about their needs and preferences.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, in a professional and persuasive manner clearly articulating the features, advantages and benefits of our offerings.
    • Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with architects & interior designers to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market.
    • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
    • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
    • Utilising virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
    • Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the operations department to ensure the timely delivery of product & services.
    • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
    • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
    • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
    • Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, CRM, tele calling, telemarketing, or related fields.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
    • Exceptionally fluent in Hindi & English. Proficiency in Telugu is a plus.
    • Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
