    Description

    Overview:

    The JavaDeveloper plays a crucial role in our organization by designingdeveloping and maintaining highquality Java applications that meetour business needs. This role is essential in ensuring the smoothfunctioning of our software systems and delivering reliablesolutions to our clients.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Participate in allaspects of the software developmentlifecycle.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to analyze design and implement newfeatures.
    • Write welldesigned efficient andtestable code using Java bestpractices.
    • Conduct thorough testing of thedeveloped modules to ensure the stability and reliability of theapplications.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issuesthat arise during development or in productionenvironments.
    • Integrate userfacing elementswith serverside logic.
    • Develop and maintainsoftware documentation.
    • Stay updated with thelatest industry trends and technologicaladvancements.
    • Contribute to code reviews andprovide constructive feedback to teammembers.
    • Participate in Agile developmentprocesses and ceremonies.
    • Collaborate withtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders to understand and addresstechnical concerns or requirements.
    • Ensure thesecurity and data protection measures of theapplications.
    • Optimize applications for maximumspeed and scalability.
    • Support continuousimprovement by investigating alternatives andtechnologies.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
    • Proven work experience as a JavaDeveloper or Software Engineer.
    • Expertise inJava programming language and its corelibraries.
    • Handson experience with SpringFramework and Hibernate ORM.
    • Proficiency in SQLand database management systems.
    • Understandingof ModelViewController (MVC)architecture.
    • Experience in developing andconsuming RESTful web services.
    • Familiaritywith Agile methodologies and tools such as Git andJIRA.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills.
    • Ability to work effectively in acollaborative team environment.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
    • Attention to detail and commitmentto delivering highquality softwaresolutions.
    • Capability to prioritize and manageworkload efficiently.
    • Adaptability to learn newtechnologies and frameworks.
    • Certifications inJava and related technologies are aplus.
