    Senior Manager- Information security for Africa Middle East and Asia

    Role, Objectives, Scope & Reporting lines

    The candidate will contextualize the strategic objectives for the AMEA division in consultation with his or her stakeholder field. He or she will define more specific objectives, targets and means for both the digital security function across the division as well as his peers in the divisional IT management team.

    Where necessary he or she will further elaborate and implement digital security governance in the division ensuring that the strategic objectives are pursued optimally.

    The incumbent will have a close working association with the cluster digital security officers/POC resorting under the AMEA division and will steer and support them to define their digital security program contribution and ensure this is anchored with their local cluster leadership.

    He/she will work in a team onsite in Gurgaon and with local POC in India

    He or she will ensure that all relevant IT functions, but also the business receive the support they need to achieve their respective digital security targets after these have been collectively agreed upon and signed off by the leadership of the clusters and divisions in their scope.

    Required skills and experience

    Master's degree in a (computer) science and/or business management domain;

    At least 3 years of experience in an IT operations role;

    At least 3 years of experience in IT Security engineering;

    Any relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus;

    Strong ability to process large amounts of information, driving it to crisp summaries;

    Strong analytical ability to triage information from noise, to break down complex, ill-defined problems and to bring structure where none exists prior;

    Strong communicative abilities, first in writing, but also orally;

    Ability to forge meaningful relations and exert influence outside hierarchical lines and across all skill levels in the organization; bridge builder

    The solution-oriented mindset with respect for policy boundaries

    Ability to clearly articulate common objectives with empathy around which the stakeholders are rallied, even in adversity.

    Flexible to attend the Gurugram office 3 days a week

    Key criteria for qualifying for this role:

    Cybersecurity domain SME

    Delivery and operations experience in this domain

    Good understanding of the impact of technical/security-related discussions in correspondence with the implementation of MFAs

    Competency with MS Security Products/CrowdStrike/Zscaler

    Experience in grading/assessing a network of infra services in a structured system

    Experience implementing policies
