    we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ai engineer to join our innovative team in bengaluru. this role is perfect for someone with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, looking to apply their skills in llm, rag, gpt, and llama within a dynamic work environment. with an experience range of 2-5 years, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing ai models that drive efficiency and innovation.

    key responsibilities:

    • design, develop, and deploy ai models using core skills such as llm, rag, gpt, and llama.
    • collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate ai solutions that meet those needs.
    • stay abreast of developments in ai technologies and continuously evaluate them for potential application within our projects.
    • analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be leveraged through ai.
    • ensure the scalability and reliability of ai systems while adhering to best practices in data security and privacy.
    • provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on ai-related projects.
    • troubleshoot complex issues arising during the development lifecycle of ai models.

    required skills:

    • expertise in llm finetuning
    • expertise in artificial intelligence methodologies with specific skills in llm, rag, gpt, and llama.
    • strong programming skills in python or other relevant languages used in ai development.
    • demonstrated experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
    • a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles relevant to ai.
    • the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
