Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with strong Excel skills to assist with building and maintaining spreadsheets for a construction business.This role is ideal for someone who is confident building spreadsheets from scratch, understands numbers, and can accurately input and analyse data.
- Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track: Materials and supplier costs Labour and man hours Profit & loss per job Project budgets and summaries
- Accurately enter and reconcile data from invoices Create clear easy-to-use spreadsheet structures for ongoing use Ensure calculations formulas are accurate consistent Update spreadsheets regularly flag discrepancies where required
