    The role of aPersonal Secretary is vital in providing highlevel support toexecutives. A Personal Secretary ensures smooth and efficientfunctioning of the executives office by managing schedules handlingcorrespondence and organizingmeetings.
    Responsibilities
    • Assistin planning appointments board meetingsetc.
    • Attend meetings and keep minutes andMonitor office supplies
    • Handle and prioritizeall outgoing or incoming correspondence (email letters packagesetc.)
    • Handle confidential documents ensuringthey remain secure
    • Conduct research and preparepresentations or reports as assigned

    • Manage diary and schedule meetings andappointments
