    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Relationship Service Manager

    What you'll do:

    The Role

  • Proactively manage all aspects of administrative/ orchestration support to RM's / portfolio of clients, ensuring high quality of service always delivered.
  • Work alongside Client Managers and Client Service Managers, taking responsibility for the operational effectiveness of the client relationship, helping clients and RM's navigate HSBC's Global network, local coverage, and product support teams.
  • An additional focus is on identifying and streamlining operational inadequacies that will deliver improvements in the client experience / process efficiencies.
  • Requirements

    What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • 5+ years professional work experience in the financial services industry ideally within a Credit Services / GPS Operations role
  • German Language proficiency – written and spoken (D)
  • Advanced knowledge of credit & lending facilities and GPS products. (E)
  • KYC and Screening knowledge (PEP/ SOI/ Sanctions) is desirable.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience. (E)
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage & engage multiple parties, meet their expectations,
  • Self-Motivated, positive, and passionate individual with a solution-oriented mindset.
