    Job Title: Human Resources Manager

    Company: Shemrock and Shemford Group of Schools

    Location: SHEMROCK Head office, Sector 9, Rohini, Near Metro Pillar 417, Near Rohini West Metro Station.

    Timings: 9:30am-6am, 6 Days a Week.

    Salary Package: 4-7 Lakhs (Depending on candidate)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will direct the routine functions of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising open roles, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
    4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    8. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining an understanding of employee morale and addressing any concerns promptly.
    9. Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs.
    10. Handle workplace disputes, disciplinary actions, and other sensitive workplace issues.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's preferred.
    2. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 5 years.
    3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    6. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    7. Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and Linkedin Jobs
