Asa UX/Product Designer this is what you ll be responsiblefor: Create usercentered interfaces andexperiences by considering market analysis data customer feedbackuser research and technicalconstraints/opportunities Quickly andthoroughly create workflows wireframes design mockups andprototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives andfeatures Develop and implement usabilitytesting Relentlessly simplify and distillcomplex processes into intuitive and elegantUIs Develop and maintain detaileduserinterface specifications working closely with stakeholders suchas product and engineering to see design through to deployment to ahigh quality Communicate complex interactivedesign concepts clearly andpersuasively

Jobrequirements 3 years of experience as a userexperience designer interaction designer information architect orsimilar UXrelated role An online portfolioor samples of work demonstrating experience creating usercentereddesign solutions and UI design expertiseProficient in current industrystandard UX product designwireframing and graphic design tools such as Figma InVisionetc.

Command of web Android and iOStechnologies Experience conducting userresearch and user testing Independent andstructured work attitude ideally supported by startupexperience Ability to work on multipleprojects as needed Good communication skills(written and verbal) organizational skills proven team playerrolling up the sleeves and getting involved in the nittygritty.

Exceptional interpersonalskills Good timemanagementskills Bachelor s or Master s degree from atop university. Able to work within the GMT8timezone
