Overview

As aMd/DNB/dmrd Radiologist consultant you will play a crucial role inproviding accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment planning forpatients through the interpretation of medical imaging such as MRICT scans and Xrays. Your expertise will contribute to the overallhealthcare delivery and patient care within theorganization.

Keyresponsibilities

• Perform andinterpret medical imaging procedures including MRI CT scans andXrays.
• Provide accurate and timely radiologyreports and communicate findings to referringphysicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teamsto determine the best course of action for patienttreatment.
• Ensure compliance with safety andregulatory standards in the radiologydepartment.
• Stay updated with advancements inmedical imaging technology and radiologypractices.
• Supervise and train radiologictechnologists and other supportstaff.
• Participate in quality assurance andimprovement initiatives.
• Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of radiology protocols andprocedures.
• Adhere to ethical and professionalstandards in patient care andcommunication.
• Contribute to departmentalmeetings conferences and researchprojects.

Requiredqualifications

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) inRadiology.
• DMRD (Diploma in MedicalRadiodiagnosis) or equivalent ispreferred.
• Valid state medical license topractice as a Radiologist.
• Board certificationin Radiology from a recognizedinstitution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experienceworking as a Radiologist in a clinicalsetting.
• Proficiency in interpreting variousmedical imaging modalities including MRI CT scans andXrays.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy pathologyand radiological positioningtechniques.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcareteams and patients.
• Demonstrated commitment tocontinuous learning and professional development in the field ofRadiology.
• Ability to work efficiently in afastpaced and highpressure environment while maintaining accuracyand attention todetail.
