The ideal candidate shouldhave a strong background in computer vision machine learning andimage processing with the ability to work in a fastpaced andcollaborativeenvironment.Responsibilities:
    1. AlgorithmDevelopment:
    • Designdevelop and optimize AI algorithms and models for variousapplications including computer vision natural language processingand robotics.
    • Implement algorithms in C PythonMATLAB or other programming languages asneeded.
    1. ComputerVision and ImageProcessing:
    • Developcomputer vision algorithms and techniques for tasks such as objectdetection recognition tracking andsegmentation.
    • Utilize OpenCV and otherlibraries for image processing andanalysis.
    1. MachineLearning and DeepLearning:
    • Buildand train machine learning and deep learning models usingframeworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch orKeras.
    • Apply techniques such as convolutionalneural networks (CNNs) recurrent neural networks (RNNs) andreinforcement learning to solve AIproblems.
    1. DataProcessing andAnalysis:
    • Preprocessand analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights andfeatures for AI model training.
    • Implement dataaugmentation and augmentation techniques to enhance modelperformance.
    1. PerformanceOptimization:
    • Optimizealgorithms and models for speed memory usage andscalability.
    • Conduct profiling and benchmarkingto identify bottlenecks and areas forimprovement.
    1. IntegrationandDeployment:
    • IntegrateAI solutions into existing systems and applications ensuringcompatibility and scalability.
    • Deploy models toproduction environments and monitor performance in realworldsettings.
    1. DocumentationandReporting:
    • Documentcode algorithms and processes to ensure reproducibility andmaintainability.
    • Prepare technical reportspresentations and documentation for internal and externalstakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.Masters or Ph.D. preferred.
    2. Proven experiencein AI engineering computer vision and machine learning with a focuson algorithm development andimplementation.
    3. Proficiency in programminglanguages such as C Python and MATLAB with experience in softwaredevelopment and version control.
    4. Strongknowledge of computer vision principles image processing techniquesand feature extraction methods.
    5. Experience withdeep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras andproficiency in implementing neural networkarchitectures.
    6. Familiarity with libraries suchas OpenCV scikitimage and numpy for image processing andanalysis.
    7. Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesand propose effective solutions.
    8. Strongcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
