Manager - Distribution Strategy

Responsibilities:

Lead the distribution strategy for health insurance portfolio for the company catering to all facets of business.

- Enable distribution with strategic levers to achieve monthly/annual targets.

- Work with partners to set/negotiate expectations and co-create execution plan.

- Engage with distribution leaders on day-to-day support required to deliver numbers.

Work with product team to enable health insurance products on the digital platform.

Create levers to increase online adoption of health insurance sales.

- Create recognition programs and platforms. Drive its execution end to end.

- Deduce bottlenecks in business and solve for them with the help of cross function teams.

- Create and maintain excellent dashboards and MIS.

- Create simple to understand content for health insurance products.

- Design, develop and launch propositions in line with health insurance such as sachet products, affinity programs etc.

- Work with cross function teams on various facets of business - Product, compliance, legal, marketing, operations, and IT etc.

- Set up and lead periodic reviews with business heads to drive portfolio.

Desired Profile:

- Education: MBA

- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in health insurance distribution strategy or product team, from a health insurance company.

Skills required:

- Excellent excel and power point

- Good business acumen and marketing sense

- Innovative, with good communication and presentation skills

- Attentive to details

- Strong writing skills in English
