Job Summary:

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Lead who will be responsible for supporting WSP's Oracle tenancies and integrated solutions. As an Infrastructure lead, you will be responsible of ensuring the high levels of service and that the performance targets are maintained. In this role, you will be managing and monitoring all security and technical aspects related to the cloud tenancies, including Oracle Fusion SaaS application security, IAM, OCI resources, Azure resources, and database administration.

Responsibilities:

Provide security monitoring and technical support to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software, systems and databases for fulfilling business objectives and processes

Collaborate with WSP and AMS teams through all phases of the technology lifecycle

Maintain and monitor enterprise ecosystem integrity and security, including IAM and SSO

Build and maintain required environments; ensure appropriate levels of Operation Acceptance Testing (OAT) and service readiness checks are undertaken

Evaluate, build, maintain, and test DR (disaster recovery) components

Support WebLogic/Oracle Fusion Middleware for OCI Marketplace environments

Maintain detailed technical design documents for Oracle Cloud "Horizon" ecosystem

Monitor logs and ensure appropriate notification and response from techno-functional teams

Administer Oracle and SQL Server database instances

Participate and contribute during IT Security Audits

Create and maintain SSL/TLS certificates, SSH, and encryption keys

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business or relevant discipline, or a comparable combination of education and work experience

4+ years of directly related experience in application and database administration

2+ years of strong experience in Oracle Applications security (Fusion Cloud a plus)

Experience with managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security (policies, load balancers) and resources (networks, instances, databases, storage, developer tools)

Experience with database performance tuning and administration, including familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, Database Vault, and Data Safe

Understand high level solutions architecture components in cloud infrastructure including both IaaS and PaaS, such as Entra ID, ADF, Email Delivery, VBCS, API Gateway, OIC, ODI and ADB

Ability to communicate problems in terms that are understandable to end users at all levels

Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional Certification

Oracle DBA Certifications

Experience with PKI security and PGP

Experience with Unix and windows schedulers

Experience with Postman configuration
