    We are seeking an experienced IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of expertise in identifying, screening, and sharing top profiles with our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing talent, assessing candidates for client requirements, and presenting profiles that meet high standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates to align with client needs.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to profile submission.
    • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely client interviews and feedback.
    • Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.
    • Use various recruitment tools and platforms for job postings and candidate sourcing.
    • Provide clear and timely feedback to candidates and clients.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Requirements

    • Graduation in any field is okay.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
    • Demonstrated success in identifying and placing candidates within all sectors.
    • Familiarity with IT roles, skills, and technologies.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Estimated Salary

    Rs. 8-12 lakhs per annum
