Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Checker Civil to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Structural Checker Civil, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and compliance of all structural drawings and designs. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural checking for civil projects
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Excellent understanding of relevant codes and standards
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex structural drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and check structural drawings, designs, and calculations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the structural drawings and designs
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the structural integrity and safety of all projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the implementation of structural designs
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to structural checking activities
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices
• Mentor and train junior staff members
