Responsibilities: Java Full stack Developer

1. Focused on developing towards core business and product goals

2. Ensure backlog addresses and appropriate amount of tech debt

3. Collaborative development through pair programming, performing technical retrospectives, conducting code reviews, and reducing knowledge silos through pair swapping.

4. Validate quality by seeking feedback from product managers, product users and automated testing through a CI/CD pipeline.

5. Focus on developing clean code & use a TTD approach.

6. Facilitate conversations between PMs and developers."

Required Skills:

Java, Spring boot, Microservices, JUnit, Rest API, Java Script, SQL, React.
