    Job Description:

  • Responsible for general administration of the Front Office operations. Coordinates with Front office Manager for various activities of hotel in front office and resolve problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries. Directs and works with front office manager and staff to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures, while ensuring guest and associate satisfaction and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
  • In the absence of the Front Office Manager, covers his duties. Trains a team of front office staff.
