Job Role:

• Injection Moulding Machine Operation.

• Control of Moulding process parameters.

• Defect control/correction in Molded parts.

• Cycle time reduction SPH (Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics)/ OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Polymer Engineering / Plastic Technology from CIPET or any other college.

Job Responsibilities:

• Injection Moulding machine Operation

• Molded Part Inspection

• Defect Resolutions

• Cycle time reduction

Competencies:

Functional/Technical:

•Sound knowledge of Painting Process

•Hands on Experience in production of painted parts

•Work experience in Other OEM at painting booth

•Knowledge of Inspection of Painted parts

•Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
