    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Recruitment and IT services sector. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics.
    • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the IT and Recruitment industry. Build a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT and Recruitment sectors. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing client needs.
    • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Customize solutions to meet the specific recruitment and IT service needs of clients.
    • Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and conditions. Work with the legal team to finalize and execute contracts.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements. Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to meet client expectations.
    • Networking and Industry Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT and Recruitment sectors.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client status, and revenue projections.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Recruitment and IT services industry.
    • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.

    Technology Proficiency:

    Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and technology trends in the IT industry.
