Job Summary:
The role would work as an integral part of the Corporate IT Application Services Delivery Management team. It involves leading and managing business critical, complex technology-based IT projects and programs. Being a highly-visible and high-impact position, the selected candidate(s) will closely work with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Areas of Responsibility:
For the designated portfolio of IT projects and programs.
• clear understanding of the expected business outcome, business value and specific outputs / deliverables
• executive alignment, managing stakeholders.
• planning benefits realization, execution strategy
• managing the evaluation, selection, and implementation of relevant technology solutions / services / platforms
• structuring delivery team organization, managing the engagement with relevant partner ecosystem.
• "high-touch" execution, managing risks and dependencies
• managing budgets, managing scope, time and quality, measuring and managing change
• targeted communication, orchestration, and governance
• system/solution usage and adoption, benefit realization and measurement.
Travel Estimate:
Would depend on the nature of the projects in the portfolio. Roughly, about a week, per month. Mostly, within India; occasionally, international.
Job Scope:
Internal Interactions (within the organization) Across Functions, Global Function Heads, CEOs, MD's Office.
External Interactions (outside the organization):Technology solution / service delivery partners. Geographical Scope: Global
Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority): Delivering IT applications linked projects and programs – as per approved cost and committed time.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: B. Tech + MBA or MCA, preferred.
Skills:
digital technology, HR IT, managing complex business transformations, managing and leading technology based big projects and programs.
• hands-on in end-to-end IT Applications' project management processes, practices, tools & techniques and SDLC, including AMS.

Professional Work Experience
• 18 – 20 years' IT professional career; strong experience in IT Services Delivery Management or a rich experience from Pharma Industry IT Applications Management background; and from organizations of repute.
• familiarity with Pharma industry linked regulatory and compliance linked procedures and practices, will be a huge plus
