- Develop, implement, and monitor detailed production schedules to ensure that materials, equipment, and human resources are optimally utilized.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontracting processes, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Expedite and track the progress of projects, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., design, procurement, quality control) to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Implement and maintain control systems for monitoring production performance, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
- Analyze production data, preparing reports to identify trends, efficiency improvements, and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all production activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning and Control, preferably in engineering industries related to Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, E-Houses, and heavy fabrication.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations relevant to the engineering industry.
