    Job Title: Engineer - Production, Planning & Control
    Location: Tiruchchirappalli
    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the role of Engineer - Production, Planning & Control. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production planning and control, subcontracting, and expediting within the engineering industry, particularly in areas such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, E-Houses, and heavy fabrication.


    RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and monitor detailed production schedules to ensure that materials, equipment, and human resources are optimally utilized.
    • Coordinate and oversee subcontracting processes, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
    • Expedite and track the progress of projects, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process.
    • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., design, procurement, quality control) to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
    • Implement and maintain control systems for monitoring production performance, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
    • Analyze production data, preparing reports to identify trends, efficiency improvements, and cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all production activities.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning and Control, preferably in engineering industries related to Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, E-Houses, and heavy fabrication.
    • Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
