    Job Role

    The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing, Risk, BIU to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

    Target Segment: BL focus is on SENP/SEP customer segment. The incumbent should have a good understanding of macro economy and policies that affect MSME. They will be overseeing all unsecured products pertaining to the MSME segment.

    Product: Gather data to come up with ideas for new products and features, including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on. Track existing product performance and communicate the product vision to the sales and marketing teams to obtain market share for the product.

    Channel:

    Maintain a high level of channel servicing, including processing payouts on time, ensuring regular product training to channels, and driving new processes/initiatives. Build relationships with key persons in external Channels/Partners.

    Internal Relationship:

    Work with different teams within the bank to better the product and create relevant MIS/data to drive business objectives.

    Market:

    Be alert on competition products, such as other banks/NBFCs. Augment the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market. Gather and analyze market and competition data on an ongoing basis.

    Process:

    Improve efficiency by monitoring and overseeing continuous improvement of processes. Work on product features, improving them, and creating new ones through collaboration with internal teams. Create and present reports as required.

    Job Requirements:

    This is a team management role requiring an MBA from a top B-school with strong analytical capabilities. The incumbent must have a good understanding of different business models and risk. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

    Experience: 10-12 years in product management or BL sales, preferably in BL.
