- Design, develop, and implement solutions and other supporting modules like ITSM,ITOM, HRSD and GRC to address complex business Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization.
- Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
- Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce highlevel and /or detailed design of requirements.
- Estimating development effort for requirements.
- Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM,ITOM, HRSD and GRC)
- Drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation
- Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
- Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
- Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of highquality solutions to our customers
- Design quality features and thinks about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future
- Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
- Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
- Minimum 2.5 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience apart from support/admin.
- Good to have any ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Application Developer Certification.
- Strong hand of work experience in ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / GRC development.
- Handon experience in Integration of thirdparty APIs.
- Minimum years of experience: 2.5 years in ServiceNow development (Not B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in computer science/IT)
