    Responsibilities:

  • Creation of budget number in SAP
  • Creation of budget project folder on Tooling SharePoint
  • Consistency check of documents & budget (budget approval document, budget SAP, purchasing, tax approval)
  • Examination and pushing of invoicing process
  • Ongoing update of local ERP system of reason code, pricing & billing date together with Sales department
  • Mark up tooling ownership (pictures) In collaboration with purchasing & VC plants
  • Registration of tooling cases to tax-department
  • Provide all relevant information to Sales department for the final invoice
  • Information to asset accounting for technical capitalization
  • Preparing Tooling Forecast Edit Tooling Tracker for a detailed overview BU Mounts Regularly meetings with Application Teams Contact person for IT SharePoint team / budget approval process Moderate monthly tooling escalation meeting by account

    Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English Communication
  • Preferably academic degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or IT
  • 5 years of experience in the field of Business Process Management
  • Process experience in Finance / Controlling
  • Several years of work experience in SAP consulting and / or SAP module support with focus on the module FI
  • Professional experience in SAP module CO / COPA might be of advantage
  • Professional experience in SAP ECC or ideally with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Profound knowledge of international industry environment
  • Broad knowledge of process automation solutions in accounting
  • Experience in relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP and other)
