    The position

    As a Congress Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities: Generate actionable insights and solid reporting for the global digital Congress experience, Congress Hub, using Adobe Analytics and Identify opportunities for commercial stakeholders to improve digital customer engagement and deliver more impactful digital campaigns and customer experiences.

    Clearly communicate results and key learnings to various stakeholders, ensuring Novo Nordisk gets value from analytics investments and demonstrates the importance of a data-driven mindset in marketing.

    Analyse journeys from Congress Hub to local HCP Portals and report on defined KPIs and Contribute to standardized reports after a Congress has ended to evaluate performance and enable insights.

    Collaborate with key colleagues in the Customer Engagement & Content Excellence teams to analyze website performance, optimize metrics, and generate reports and insights.

    Help establish future ways of reporting on performance and present performance to stakeholders in an engaging way and Familiarize with the channel agnostic KPI framework to measure the impact of HCP engagement with congress material and campaigns.

    Qualifications Master's degree or above in relevant area. Has years of relevant international work experience. Strong web management skills and experience. Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics. Basic understanding of back-end and front-end website development. Web User Experience. Medium Paid media and web traffic drivers understanding. Strong data understanding and interest. Strong stakeholder management skills.
