    The ideal candidate will possess a BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and have 7-10 years of business management experience. Key skills include good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, as well as preparation of Work Orders/Purchase Orders and documentation.

    In this challenging role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry. This includes devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, exploring profitable suppliers, initiating procurement partnerships, and building long-term relationships with vendors.

    You will also prepare Block Estimates for all projects, BOQs, and get necessary approvals from stakeholders. Proposals will be sought based on BOQs, compared for price and specifications, and techno-commercial negotiations will be conducted with vendors to reduce costs.

    A key aspect of this role is reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company, assisting in finalizing vendors, communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery, building and maintaining long-term relationships with critical suppliers, managing technological systems for tracking shipments, inventory, and supply of materials.

    You will lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency. Additional responsibilities include standardizing BOQs and rates, monitoring work orders/purchase orders, approving/releases through ERP modules, conducting regular site visits, approving contractor/vendor bills, maintaining records in ERP systems, and handling post-contract works such as amendments and finalization of new line items.

    This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and growth opportunities within the company.
