    Description

    Post: Manager Corporate Sales or Manager Platinum Sales

    Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering and III fellowship, MBA Marketing

    Experience: 5-6 Years in General Insurance (Mechanical Engineering Portfolio)

    Salary: upto 6 lpa

    Role & Responsibilities:

    Understand the product and business proposition and explain / demonstrate it to the clients and business associates

    Handle the end to end process of identification of leads, engage in business discussion, sign up and operationalize the business tie-up.

    Handle all documentation related to the tie up first proposal, Presentation, agreements etc indepantly.

    Develop business systems and processes for efficient operationalization of the account.

    Evaluate potential of Business, future forecasts and present evaluation of Business potential.

    Responsible for entire Platinum Business generation in the designated areas of the company.

    Getting into Strategic alliance with the Clients for new revenue generating services and net- work expansion synergetic to the core business.

    Formulate work with Business Head to develop and improve sales channels to enhance product line sales.

    Handling Grievance of Team Members.

    Working as per the minimum target and RFQ condition mentioned in the Target Sheet.

    Where ever required involve the CEO.
