    Requirements

    Are you that high-performing Sales Manager who will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets? Do you have it in you to maximize the sales team's potential? Can you thrive in chaos and look at every adversity as an opportunity?

    Well then, you're what we're looking for


    • Should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a consistent revenue delivery role.
    ● Should be a passionate self-starter who's ready to get their hands dirty

    • Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in team handling (minimum 4-member team)
    ● Strong understanding of Margin planning and delivery by different product mix

    • High preference for candidates from a travel background
    ● Should have a strong understanding of funnel management and related metrics
    ● Should have experience in working with Data and sales dashboards

    • Good experience in handling client escalation during the sales process
    ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU WILL


    • Coach, train & mentor your team of travel consultants.
    • Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over their targets & ensure each member is successful in their role
    • Assist/ coach team members on client calls and demos by holding ongoing trainings whenever needed
    • Develop a monthly plan for your revenue delivery and corresponding funnel requirements
    • Destination learning and training to improve the sales pitches
    • Motivate and support the team to achieve their targets every month
