- Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in team handling (minimum 4-member team)
- High preference for candidates from a travel background
- Good experience in handling client escalation during the sales process
- Coach, train & mentor your team of travel consultants.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over their targets & ensure each member is successful in their role
- Assist/ coach team members on client calls and demos by holding ongoing trainings whenever needed
- Develop a monthly plan for your revenue delivery and corresponding funnel requirements
- Destination learning and training to improve the sales pitches
- Motivate and support the team to achieve their targets every month
