Home category at noon comprises five sub-categories.
Home DecorFurnitureHome Improvement and toolsKitchen and DiningBath and Bedding

Noon is seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about any of the categories mentioned above.

As part of the commercial team, you will own one of these categories from the business development side to the growth side.

You will be executing key strategic plans through building and maintaining relationships, exploring innovative ways to grow the category, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strategic relationships with key partnersResponsible for end-to-end assortment selection & category growthManage inventory and content healthEnsure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the categoryActively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiencyCompetitive analysis and benchmarkingWeekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses

What you'll need:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
A deep understanding or passion for one of the Home categoriesStrong problem solving, communication and team skillsEntrepreneurial and go getter spirit
