    About this role:


    The Head of International Sales at ourorganization will be a pivotal player in our global expansion, driving the growth and adoption of our SaaS products across targeted international markets.

    This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling sales operations, leading high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

    The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SaaS sales, a nuanced understanding of the automotive service industry, and an entrepreneurial spirit to navigate the challenges and opportunities of diverse markets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Market Expansion:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, aligning with organization's growth objectives.


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Sales Operations Excellence:
    Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring the team meets and exceeds set targets. Implement best practices in sales operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Partnership and Relationship Management:

    Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the auto repair ecosystem, including garages, insurers, and parts suppliers, to drive collaborative growth.


    Market Insights and Adaptation:
    Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategies, product development, and customer service enhancements. Adapt sales tactics to meet the unique demands of each target market.


    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to market entry and expansion.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing international sales teams.
    • Proven track record of success in SaaS product sales, ideally within the automotive or a related industry.
    • Strong understanding of and experience in the Middle East, European, and African markets.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel internationally as required.
