    Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or related field.

    Experience: 8-12 years of proven experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Work with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives and develop customized event solutions to meet their needs.
    2. Responsible to generate the revenue on a monthly basis to achieve the business targets.
    3. Communicate with clients to ensure that all details of the event are clear and understood.
    4. Plan and manage event proposal ,design and development with creative team, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget management, and timeline development.
    5. Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring that all details are executed as per the plan.
    6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring that all requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
    7. Work closely with other departments to ensure successful submission of the business proposal as per client needs.
    8. Work with internal teams and vendor data base PAN India.
    9. Maintain accurate event records and client files.
