    Description

    Role: Senior Quality Engineer

    Location : Noida

    Responsibilities:

    · Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality of our B2B SaaS products aligns with the requirements

    · Implement and maintain automated regression tests to validate that new features and changes do not introduce defects

    · Conduct performance testing to assess the product's responsiveness, scalability, and overall performance under varying conditions

    · Ensure that the product functions correctly across different web browsers and devices, addressing any compatibility issues

    · Validate the functionality and reliability of APIs that drive our B2B SaaS products

    · Develop and maintain test automation scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks, ensuring efficient and repeatable testing processes

    · Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and perform root cause analysis

    · Work closely with the Platform Engineering Teams to understand product requirements and identify testing needs

    · Champion best practices in quality assurance, including test planning, test case design, and test execution

    · Identify areas for process improvement and take an active role in making recommendations for enhancing testing efficiency and effectiveness

    · Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results

    · Generate and share test reports, metrics, and findings with stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    · 6+ years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer or a similar role, including functional, automated, performance testing

    · Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit )

    · Experience on performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Taurus) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured)

    · Experience of executing projects in AWS with knowledge in Amazon CloudWatch, AWS IAM, AWS CodePipeline, etc.

    · Knowledge of web development technologies preferably MERN stack and Github & Github Actions

    · Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes )

    · Quality assurance certifications (e.g., ISTQB)

    · Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies

    · Familiarity in security testing will be an added advantage

    · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
