    Contract Administrative Desk Lead - responsible for Process Design of Legal and procurement Process, drafting Contracts, Improve and update Contracts content, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Here are three points each for their skills, competencies, and background:

    Skills:

    1. Experienced in Process Design, Visio, Power Point and Legal Process (contracting) knowledge/ understanding

    2. Expertise in establishing a Project team, designing a process flow, and determining responsibilities and accountabilities (RACI) for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle. This will be achieved through consultation with Procurement Category Leads and Bunge Legal Team.

    3. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

    4. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to do Contract Assessment and Abstraction and Extraction work with procurement, legal and vendors.

    5. Attention to detail to review and analyze contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Competencies:

    1. Strong analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities associated with contracts.

    2. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and procurement.

    3. Compliance and Quality - Sound judgment to make decisions based on regulations, industry trends, and company policies.

    Accountabilities:

    1. Monitor Daily contract entry and issuance meet Global KPIs, across all value chains on a daily basis
    2. Provide support in process transitions and work on process stabilization, have well defined control process, SOPs and KPIs
    3. Accountable for tracking performance and driving best in class KPIs.
    4. Ensure document retention in accordance with Company's policies and procedure requirements.

    Background:

    1. bachelor's degree in legal field, contract management, or a related field.
    2. 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role
    3. Prior experience in contract administration or a related field & experience in developing, business processes RACIs and Checklists (for contract management), from scratch.
    4. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts, as well as industry-specific regulations and standards.
