This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage the entire recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our company.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    • Must be a LinkedIn recruitment specialist.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting candidates
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to negotiate and persuade
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
    • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
